Terms of Use
Last updated October 8, 2026.
Aeonis Grants (the “Service”) is operated by AEONIS LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 10001 NW 50th St #104, Sunrise, FL 33351 (“we”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service is, and isn't
The Service lets you search federal grant opportunities published on Grants.gov and shows them with filters and summaries. It is for general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, does not determine whether you are eligible for any grant, and does not prepare or submit applications. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with Grants.gov, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or any grant-making agency. No grant or award is promised or implied.
2. Data accuracy
Listings come from the Grants.gov API and are refreshed regularly, but they may be incomplete, delayed, summarized or out of date, and agencies change deadlines and requirements. Forecasted dates are estimates. Always confirm deadlines, eligibility and requirements in the official listing and announcement before you rely on them. This product uses the Grants.gov API but is not endorsed or certified by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
3. Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully. Don't scrape it in bulk, bypass rate limits, resell its output as an official source, or use it to mislead anyone about grants (including charging people to “guarantee” grants). We may limit or block use that burdens the Service or its data source.
4. Early access
Joining early access is free and creates no obligation. Paid plans are not offered. If we launch them, the price and terms will be shown before purchase and nothing will be charged unless you choose a plan.
4b. Aeonis Grants Pro (when offered)
Pro is a subscription sold through Gumroad, which acts as merchant of record. Plans, prices and limits are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel; you can cancel anytime from your Gumroad receipt or library and keep access until the end of the paid period. Your license key is for your organization's use; don't publish it. Calendar feeds are private links: anyone with the link can read the feed, so rotate it if it's shared. Calendar apps refresh feeds on their own schedule, so a feed can lag behind Grants.gov; always confirm deadlines in the official listing. If a subscription ends, Pro features stop, calendar feeds pause, and Pro data is deleted after 90 days.
4a. Refunds (for any future paid plan)
If paid plans launch, you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period. We refund a first payment requested within 14 days, and any charge made in error. Requests: ronald@aeonis.pro.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AEONIS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSSES FROM RELYING ON THE SERVICE, INCLUDING MISSED DEADLINES OR UNSUCCESSFUL APPLICATIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $50.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify AEONIS LLC against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.
8. Governing law
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: ronald@aeonis.pro.
